EPG provided a master plan for a private development team to explore a mixed-use development in Bountiful, Utah.  The project provided 154,000 square feet of mixed-use office and residential development with more than 1,000 parking spaces.  The concept creates a sense of place by crafting a walkable main street and town center plaza.  The plaza functioned as a mixed-use space for both retail and residential use.  A 4-acre dealership was planned for the south parcel. The dealership moved the dealership to the southwest corner for visibility to create an architecture forward concept for the community and mitigate the visibility of the parking lot.
