STG Proposal
St. George, Utah
EPG in collaboration with CW Land provided a mixed use development plan in downtown St. George, Utah. The project included commercial space for a rooftop restaurant, recreational space fronting St. George Boulevard, a traditional food service space for approximately 2,000 square feet, and approximately 3,100 square feet of office space fronting 100 West. The plan included 32 two and four bedroom residential units with fractional ownership overlooking a 20-foot by 40-foot pool and outdoor deck amenity. The project included a small public, splash pad, and outdoor dinning area that connected pedestrians to adjacent shopping and the overall community.
