Bountiful Plaza

EPG is the lead consultant for the downtown Bountiful Plaza. The project site is approximately 5 acres and is designed and programed based on an intensive public outreach effort.  The plan includes a multi-use space to accommodate a large mix of activities.  The space is carefully crafted for year-round use, small and large festivals, movies in the park, water play in the summer, and ice skating in the winter.  

 

The master plan includes a retail promenade, connections to future mixed-use development to the south, multi-use walkway’s, seating, open play, concessions, restrooms, decorative lighting, music, multi-use stage, space for food trucks, and weekly farmers market.  The project supports the downtown redevelopment goals as well as providing a buffer for residential development to the east.
